Michael Koschitz is an accomplished entrepreneur and CEO born and raised in Queens, New York. Dr. Koschitz has generated in excess of $30 million in revenue over 5 years in the dietary supplement industry, has previously hired, trained and managed a staff of 46 employees in a 23,175 sq.ft cGMP compliant facility, and has authored 150+ SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and 200+ MMRs (Master Manufacturing Records). He is annually trained in cGMP compliance for 21 CFR 111, and has successfully overseen a government regulated cGMP environment with no compliance issues for over 10 years.With over 18 years of experience and a diverse background in business management, naturopathy and manufacturing, Dr. Koschitz has established himself as an industry leader in the health and wellness space.

Dr. Koschitz is active as a supporter of numerous charities, including Autism Speaks, Vitamin Angels, the Nassau & Suffolk PAL, and the Suffolk County Police Memorial Fund. Dr. Koschitz has supported numerous charities through volunteer efforts as well, including Vitamin Angels, Feeding the Hungry, Earth Day local cleanups, and local animal shelters.

Daniel A. Johnston, Esq

General Counsel

Dan has advised start-ups in the cannabis space and has assisted mature legal cannabis operations in other states with their litigation needs in New York. Dan has been a featured speaker on the state of New York cannabis law in both live events and various other media. Dan has been ranked in various publications and industry websites as one of the top legal practitioners in the New York cannabis industry.

From 2018 through 2021 Dan was an “18b” panel member in Nassau County, providing criminal defense services to the indigent when Legal Aid was unable to do so. In this role, Dan provided legal services to the indigent for a variety of charges, including cannabis offenses, at no cost to the accused.Dan was a criminal prosecutor for Nassau County from 2014 – 2016.While attending law school, Dan was a member of the Gulf Recovery network, providing free legal services to the indigent and disabled in New Orleans, LA. Dan was also a member of the Federal Appellate Criminal Clinic, which provided representation at the appellate level for the indigent. Currently, Dan frequently volunteers his time contributing to educating the public on the MRTA, through various written and speaking engagements.

James Justice

Chief Business Development Officer

James is an experienced business development professional in the energy contracting industry. James worked in sales for two companies prior to starting his own business with a partner. James’s business development and sales skills were key to the company’s rapid growth to 60 employees and 25M annual revenue over a 4 year period organically, with no outside investments.

Since 2019, James has sat on the Executive Leadership Board for the American Heart Association. The board develops fund raising campaigns to support the AHA mission, works with local leaders to support heart health and raise awareness. The AHA develops programs in our local territory that help support people less fortunate get the information and resources they need to lead a better and more healthy life style. James Justice personally developed, organized, and executed the “AHA Long Island Charity Golf Event”, raising over $100,000 for the cause.

Christopher Strk

Chief Operations Officer

Chris is currently the Managing Director of Gold Standard Hemp, a processing facility operating under the NYS Industrial Hemp Agricultural Research Pilot Program. Operating under strict GMP standards, he has experience delivering compliance and results in a highly regulated industry. Chris has been a cannabis cultivator since 2002, giving him further knowledge on qualifying safe and effective materials for the company.

Chris and his family routinely hold fundraisers for the Brookville Center for Children’s Services. Chris is an active donor to the American College of Sports Medicine, Vietnam Veterans of America, Lupus Foundation of America, and the National Marfan Foundation.
